At Jiaashooper we are committed to delivering genuine quality

to every customer. To protect the integrity of our brand and

ensure fair service we follow a strict and transparent policy.

RETURNS ACCEPTED ONLY FOR 2 REASONS

1. Manufacturing Defect

Stitching issues, fabric tears, colour bleeding, or any

defect caused during production.

2. Transit Damage

Product damaged during shipping such as scratches, breaks,

or tears visible immediately upon opening.

We Do NOT Accept Returns For:

Change of mind

Wrong size selected by customer

Product used even once

Product worn for any event, occasion, or party

Colour variation due to screen display differences

Disliking the product after purchase

Products without original tags or packaging

Products returned after 48 hours of delivery

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO — NO EXCEPTIONS

Every return request MUST be supported by a valid

unboxing video. This is compulsory and non negotiable.

Your video must clearly show:

Outer packaging in fully sealed condition

The seal being opened on camera

Product condition immediately upon opening

The defect or damage clearly visible on camera

Returns WITHOUT a valid unboxing video will be

automatically rejected — no exceptions, no appeals.

Record your unboxing video every time you receive

a Jiaashooper order to protect yourself.

STRICT TIME WINDOW

Return requests must be raised within 24 to 48 hours

of delivery only.

After 48 hours — no returns accepted under any

circumstances. No exceptions. No appeals.

PRODUCT CONDITION — NON NEGOTIABLE

─────────────────────────────

Returned products must meet ALL conditions below:

Completely unused and unworn

Unwashed and in original condition

All original tags intact and attached

Returned in original packaging

Auto Rejection Grounds:

Any sign of wear or use

Smell of sweat, perfume, or deodorant

Evidence of party use or outdoor wear

Missing tags or packaging

Stains, marks, or scratches not caused by transit

INSPECTION BASED APPROVAL

All returned products go through a strict quality

inspection by our internal team before any decision.

Our team will assess the product and communicate

approval or rejection within 48 hours of receiving it.

Jiaashooper reserves the sole right to approve or

reject any return based on inspection findings.

Our decision is final and binding.

REFUND POLICY

EXCHANGE OVER REFUND

Exchange or store credit is our primary resolution

for all approved returns. Cash refunds are rarely issued.

Store Credit:

Valid for 3 days from date of issue only

Applicable on all products across our store

No minimum order value required

Cannot be extended or reissued after expiry

Cannot be transferred or combined

 

Cash Refund:

Cash refunds are issued only in exceptional cases

at the sole discretion of Jiaashooper where exchange

or store credit is not a feasible option.

Prepaid Orders:

Refund credited back to original payment method

within 5 to 7 business days of approval.

COD Orders:

Refund processed via store credit or bank transfer

via NEFT within 5 to 7 business days. Customer must

share bank details at time of raising request.

Note: Store credit expires strictly after 3 days

and cannot be extended or reissued under any

circumstances whatsoever.

HOW TO RAISE A RETURN REQUEST

Step 1 — Record unboxing video immediately on delivery

Step 2 — Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery

Step 3 — Share order number, unboxing video, and

          clear photos of the defect or damage

Step 4 — Our team reviews and responds within 24 hours

Step 5 — If approved we share return address details

Step 6 — Ship product back in original packaging

Step 7 — Product undergoes quality inspection on receipt

Step 8 — Exchange or store credit issued within 48 hours

          of inspection approval

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once dispatched — no cancellations accepted.

Cancellation refunds for prepaid orders will be

processed within 3 to 5 business days.
