We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most serviceable pin codes in India.

  • COD orders are dispatched within 24 hours, just like prepaid orders.

  • COD availability depends on courier serviceability in your area.

Important: Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both our customers and our business, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package.

This video is mandatory for:

  • Transit damage claims

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be approved.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts:

  • The shipment will be returned to Jiaashooper.

  • Our support team will contact you.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Remote & Rural Locations

Deliveries to remote, rural, or difficult-to-access locations may require an additional 1–2 business days beyond our standard delivery timeline.
